Mold & Plastic Specialist

Skill Check:

* Bac + 5 (Technical Diploma).
* Minimum 6 months of experience (Injection Technician / Plastic Engineer).
* Good analysis skills in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
* Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
* Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
* Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challenge Check:

* Ensure the validation of the new Equipements (tools; machines;...)
* Provide technical leadership and to process adjusters and other molding staff.
* Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees
* Monitor and report issues with injection molds and provide recommendation and solution.
* Support for the quality issue and customer claims
