🧑‍💻Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MarTech Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a software engineer with a strong foundation in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and data management, plus a passion for modern marketing technology platforms.

🔧What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain software components and APIs that power data-driven marketing workflows.

• Integrate and support various MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

• Work with relational databases, develop and optimize SQL queries, and design scalable schemas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing use cases.

• Contribute to cloud infrastructure solutions and participate in designing secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

• Stay up to date on emerging trends in MarTech, cloud, and software engineering.

🎯What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or equivalent languages.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system design.

• Proficient in SQL and designing relational database schemas.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong english communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience working with marketing technology tools such as:

• Adobe Experience Cloud

• Adobe Campaign

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Familiarity with customer data platforms, CRM integrations, or marketing automation workflows.
