1-📣 Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer)

*Own planning → execution → analysis across:

Meta, Google, TikTok

*Market & audience research (Moroccan students 17–24)

*Test angles/offers (A/B testing)

*Daily/weekly reporting (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROI)

*Work tightly with design/content teams

*Budget control & continuous optimization to hit lead/sales targets

2-📱 Content Creator (IG / TikTok / YouTube)

You will own one platform end-to-end:

*Research ideas → script/storytelling → filming

*Appear on camera and represent the brand

*Collaborate with a pro design & editing team

You’re a fit if you have:

Passion for content/cameras, on-camera presence, basic filming/editing skills, and good platform algorithm knowledge.

3-🎨 Designer & Video Editor

Your mission:

*Design social posts (IG/TikTok/YouTube)

*Edit short/long videos with an engaging style

*Build a consistent visual identity & ad creatives

*Support shoots, propose angles, prep reusable templates

*Enhance quality (color, light, effects)

*Stack (plus/minus equivalents):

Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma – Premiere Pro/After Effects

4-✍️ Copywriter / Creative Writer

Be the voice of the brand:

*Ad copy (Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Google)

*Short-video scripts (storytelling, hooks, CTAs)

*Captions aligned with visual identity

*Landing pages & emails

*Co-create big campaign ideas with creators/designers

*Languages:

Arabic (فصحى مبسّطة + دارجة عند الحاجة). English is a plus.

5-🔎 SEO Specialist & Blog Writer

Lead our written SEO strategy:

*Write/optimize articles about studying in China, majors, scholarships, student life

*On-page SEO (titles, metas, structure, internal links, images)

*Keyword research (short/long-tail) & search intent alignment

*Improve CTR with compelling titles/meta descriptions

*Coordinate with Tech SEO (speed, structure), link-building

*Tools: GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush, SurferSEO (or equivalents)

*Weekly reports (rankings & organic traffic)
