About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will support marketing systems, data quality, and operational processes that power our campaigns and business growth. You’ll work closely with Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, and provide actionable reporting—helping us make smarter, faster decisions.

This role requires strong English proficiency and the ability to adapt to US working hours, with onsite presence in Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Process inbound inquiries from multiple channels, ensuring data accuracy and correct routing.

·       Monitor and maintain data integrity, meeting SLAs and escalating issues when needed.

·       Troubleshoot data gaps or workflow breakages and drive proactive solutions.

·       Test, refine, and optimize operational workflows for greater efficiency.

·       Standardize and normalize data across systems to maintain high quality.

·       Build ad hoc reports and analyze performance trends for optimization opportunities.

·       Organize and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

·       Collaborate with teams to improve processes and document best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

·       1–3 years in marketing operations or related field.

·       Salesforce CRM expertise (reports, objects, basic configuration).

·       Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).

·       Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

·       Strong organizational and project management abilities.

·       Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.

·       Excellent communication skills in English (French a plus)
