Manufacturing Engineer – Continuous improvement

Description du poste

• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across aerospace manufacturing operations.

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

• Facilitate Kaizen, DMAIC, or value stream mapping workshops.

Qualifications

You hold a Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering:

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Proven track record of implementing process improvements.

• Ability to analyse KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and first-time yield.

Preferred Experience

• Aerospace gas turbine manufacturing or assembly environment experience.

• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Relevant Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.

• Additional qualifications in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence advantageous.
