Manufacturing Engineer – APQP

Description du poste

Responsibilities

• Develop and define manufacturing processes within the APQP framework for new product introduction (NPI) programmes.

• Create routings, work instructions, and process flows to support production readiness.

• Create PFMEA, Control Plans, FAIRs, and PPAP deliverables.

• Lead PFMEA workshops and validate process capability (Cpk/Ppk).

Qualifications

You hold a Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering:

Required Skills

• Proficiency in manufacturing process planning and industrialisation.

• Knowledge of PFMEA and process validation techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior aerospace manufacturing or assembly experience.

• Hands-on exposure to turbine component industrialisation projects.

Relevant Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.

• Yellow / Green Belt certification preferred.

• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP methodology.
