Position Overview


We are looking for a proactive and passionate senior management talent for a car dealership to manage our marketing team in North Africa.


As the top leader driving our business expansion, you will achieve business goals through marketing operations, the development and management of distributor channels, and the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives in the North African market.


This position requires a strategic and proactive person with a deep understanding of the local automotive industry and a commitment to contributing to the success of a leading global new energy vehicle technology company.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


* Realize the commercial goals in North Africa. Drive sales growth of major car models while being responsible for local sales performance.
* Lead & supervise the execution of commercial policies to create great customer experiences in all channels.
* Lead and supervise the implementation of commercial policies, and create a good customer experience in all channels.
* Manage business growth from an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
* Always keep in mind the end customer — understand their needs and collaborate with selected partners to exceed their expectations.
* Establish a high-quality network of partners and distributors to achieve business goals in North Africa.
* Lead the marketing business, including but not limited to advertising placement, marketing activities, etc.
* Become the spokesperson for the company’s brand through industry and key media.
* Recruit, guide, and motivate the team. Cultivate talents and actively lead performance improvement plans.
* Provide relevant market insights, customer feedback, and channels internally.

Key Qualifications & Skills


* Communication and interpersonal skills on all levels, including international.
* Positive, integrity-driven, and passionate, with no record of non-compliance throughout personal career.
* A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry with at least 5 years serving as Deputy General Manager or higher within prominent dealers in North Africa (Egypt or Morocco).
* Possess unique insights into the North African automotive market, along with expertise in planning innovative marketing activities that resonate well with local consumers.
