What's the role?

We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team in Tangier. You will have a passion for sales and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

What does the role involve?

As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, and managing cash and inventories.

What you need is:

A Bachelor of Engineering or an MBA

Minimum 1-2 years experience in either retail or sales, in similar industry

Currently living in Tanger, or willing to relocate to Tanger from within Morocco

Superior verbal and written French communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities

System Expertise; using systems SAP and CRM.

An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude

A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals

A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment

Customer activation with focus and Passion for results

Ability to work with different level stake holders and various function groups.
