Techniplus is seeking to recruit a managing director to lead its team in Morocco, ensuring the smooth running of the business whilst driving growth, operational excellence and profitability.
Based in Casablanca and reporting to the Chairman of Techniplus and to the CEO of its parent company, Breakwater Investments Limited, the Managing Director will manage and develop the company’s service portfolio and lead the management team, including the business development, sales and marketing, human resources and finance functions. They will also build and oversee the execution of strategies to strengthen Techniplus’ position on the market, as a specialised material handling and lifting solutions company. THE REQUIREM
ENTSThe successful candidate will be a warranted engineer from a recognised educational institution, preferably holding a postgraduate qualification in business management, with at least 10 years of leadership experience in the heavy engineering or industrial equipment sectors. They will demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, excellent negotiation and analytical skills and a proven track record in growing profitable businesses. Fluency in French and English are required, and Arabic will be considered an as
