As the Manager – Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increasing brand visibility and enhancing overall sales performance.


* Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with organization goals.
* Oversee and manage sales and marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
* Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes.
* Developing and executing effective sales and marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social media, email marketing and content management.
* Overseeing creation of impactful marketing collaterals and sales materials.
* Developing relations with key clients and partners with effective CRM activities and tools.
* Analyzing and recommending strategies based on sales and marketing performance metrices.
* Collaborating with cross functional teams, including product development, finance, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.
* Generating and analyzing sales and marketing reports to provide insights into campaign performance.
* Keeping the team and management updated on emerging trends and technologies.
* Representing company at industry level events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.


An Ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing for luxury Real estate industry in Moroccan market.

He/ she should be a graduate in marketing/ business or related field.
