Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree,
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position,
* Planning, organization, and coordination abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making,
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset,
* Ability to teamwork, detail and result oriented, analytical, strong communication and human relations skills,
* Good command of MS Office programs,
* Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

* Coordinates with the HQ team to confirm all shipping documents,
* Communicate with the clearance agent and follows up on all clearance processes,
* Prepares and maintains all logistics tracking reports such as customs clearance progress, local delivery status, warehouse and inventory levels, and logistics cost reports,
* Verifies all logistics-related charges and payments in accordance with official and internal finance procedures,
* Provides logistics solutions and organizes related operational activities to support internal sales and after-sales teams in customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and logistics analysis,
* Manages and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, local customs authorities, and relevant government departments,
* Handles irregular or unexpected cases and continuously works to optimize existing logistics operations.
