We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Logistics Officer with a strong background in transport and logistics operations to support the growth of our logistics department. This is a middle to senior-level position for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant vehicle transport operations.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and monitor daily vehicle transport operations (inbound & outbound), ensuring efficiency and timeliness
* Plan and prioritize vehicle pickups and internal routings based on business needs
* Act as the main liaison between clients, suppliers, and transport partners
* Order and manage external transport services and oversee internal driver activity
* Track transport progress, proactively follow up on delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders
* Ensure all transport documentation and pickup authorizations (PUAs) are accurate, complete, and compliant
* Handle transport-related invoicing, cost tracking, and payment follow-ups
* Respond to pricing requests, prepare transport quotes, and support delivery service development
* Maintain high service levels for key and VIP clients
* Negotiate with transport partners to secure best pricing and lead times
* Contribute to process improvements, data accuracy, and overall logistics performance

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
* Additional languages such as Portuguese, German, Spanish, or Russian are a strong plus
* Proven experience in logistics/transport organization (mandatory)
* Experience in the automotive transport sector is a strong advantage
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Experience reviewing shipping documents, invoices, and transport documentation
* Communication skills
* Reliable, proactive, and able to take full ownership of tasks
* Comfortable managing priorities
