As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our Logistics Department with a proactive and customer-oriented Logistics Customer Support Agent. This role combines after-sales support with logistics coordination, making you a key point of contact between our customers, transport partners, and internal teams.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage operational topics efficiently. Your mission is to ensure a smooth after-sales process, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting logistics-related activities.
This is a fully remote position reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.
Job requirements
* You are fluent in English and French (mandatory)
* Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, or Russian are a plus.
* Experience in customer service, after-sales, or administrative support is required.
* Experience in transport, logistics, or automotive is a strong advantage.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
* Patient, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
* Good organizational and administrative abilities.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
* Negotiation skills are a plus.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage mailbox and incoming calls, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
* Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
* Follow up on customer payments and coordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing.
* Ensure all required customer documentation is complete and up to date.
* Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Administration, Logistics).
* Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries with customers and transport partners.
* Monitor ongoing transports, follow up on delays, and proactively inform customers.
* Support transport operations by ordering transports for vehicles ready for pickup when required.
* Respond to pricing requests and provide transport-related information to customers.
* Negotiate with transport partners when needed
* Support delivery service operations, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
* Ensure accuracy of data and updates across internal systems.
