Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

Reporting directly to the Site Director, the role will coordinate the processing of customer requirements, procurement, and production planning, with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction, service levels, and an optimized stock level.

Overseeing the entire chain, from goods receipt to shipment, and the role will act as the key interface between the plant and the company’s various departments while ensuring internal and external customers receive products, materials, and items in the right quantity, quality, and within the planned deadlines, complying with best distribution and manufacturing practices.

In collaboration with all site teams, the incumbent will:

* Coordinate the flow of logistics information between internal stakeholders (production, planning, purchasing, etc.) and external stakeholders (producers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.).
* Define and communicate average needs and resources (human, financial, lead times, materials, etc.) based on results and the adopted strategy, in order to align production capacity with customer demand.
* Ensure the implementation and compliance of a customs management process.
* Define and optimise stock levels, analyse stock evolution, define, implement, and monitor actions to reduce stock.
* Create, monitor, and improve the S&OP process for Morocco sites.
* Make proposals for improving the supply chain (technical and technological watch) and optimising processes.
* Monitor and manage various financial and logistics stock indicators.
* Participate in development/project/review meetings and bids that could have a significant impact on operations.

Qualifications

* Required Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain similar relevant discipline
* Professional Experience: 5 years experience in a similar role within an industrial company.
* Languages: Proficiency in French and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERPs, Sedna and Redmine
* Knowledge of Customs Process and Procedures - Export / Import
