A typical day as a Project Associate at BTHT
* 🧠 Understanding the client's project scope, timeline, and objectives;
* 📞 Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding relevant senior life sciences and healthcare experts from around the world;
* 📆 Communicating between clients and experts, setting up and monitoring consultations;
* 💻 Update our IT systems for internal processes and communicate with your team;
* 🚀 Contribute to the development and positive brand image of the company 💚
Qualifications
* 🗣Fluency in both written and spoken English & French
* 🎙Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information diplomatically
* 🚨Ability to operate well in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently
* 🧬Prior experience in the life sciences, healthcare, consulting, or HR/recruitment sectors is a plus
