Role Description The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support to clients operating in Morocco, ensuring compliance with local laws and alignment with European operational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and drafting clear, practical legal opinions. The role involves advising on regulatory matters, labor and employment law issues, and risk mitigation strategies for tech, mobility, and logistics operations. The Legal Advisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, attend meetings with clients and authorities, and monitor legislative changes that could impact client activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Prefecture of Mohammédia.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply Moroccan and relevant international legal frameworks.

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, policies, and formal agreements.

• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage Legal Issues, providing clear, practical Legal Advice to business stakeholders.

• Specialization or solid experience in Labor and Employment Law, including compliance with local employment regulations and workplace policies.

• Relevant university degree in law; bar admission or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

• Experience working with or advising tech, mobility, or logistics companies is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and French; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
