Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and business-oriented Legal Advisor to support the legal and compliance requirements of our tourism destination operations in Morocco.

The ideal candidate must have experience in corporate legal matters, contracts, labor law, tourism regulations, licensing, and business compliance within Morocco.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice related to company operations and business activities.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with Moroccan laws and tourism regulations.

• Support licensing, permits, and governmental approvals.

• Handle labor law matters and employee legal documentation.

• Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities.

• Review partnership agreements, supplier contracts, and commercial documents.

• Monitor legal risks and provide preventive legal recommendations.

• Assist management in dispute resolution and legal procedures.

• Maintain proper legal documentation and compliance records.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• Minimum 4–6 years of legal experience.

• Experience in corporate, commercial, labor, or tourism-related legal matters.

• Strong understanding of Moroccan laws and regulations.

• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Arabic and French fluency are mandatory.

• English is an advantage.

• Previous hospitality or tourism industry experience is preferred.
