Leader Maintenance

SkillCheck :

* Master's Degree (Bac +5) in maintenance or industrial engineering.
* 3 years of Experience, as a Maintenance Leader preferably in automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of Hirschmann Automotive KE technical processes (cutting, injection, testing, assembly, etc.)
* Knowledge of various aspects of industrial maintenance and spare parts management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Autonomy Skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English.

ChallengeCheck :

* Define maintenance activities based on maintenance requirements and according to the capacity of the maintenance technicians.
* Define and implement the necessary procedures and work instructions.
* Ensure optimal function according to the maintenance activity plan.
* Analyze equipment failures and coordinate the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
* Ordering equipment, spare parts and consumable materials based on internal processes.
* Plan, update and verify the effectiveness of annual, monthly and weekly preventive maintenance actions.
