Leader Mechanical Engineering (Tool Shop)

SkillCheck :

* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
* 3 years of experience as a Tool shop Leader preferably in automotive industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Autonomy Skills.
* Strong knowledge of CNC mechanical manufacturing and tooling processes (machining, EDM, grinding).
* Strong knowledge of plastic injection mold maintenance.
* Familiar with the SAP ERP platform.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English & Frensh.

ChallengeCheck :

* Manage the team of tool maintenance technicians and enforce mold maintenance standards.
* Manage and ensure corrective and preventive maintenance for injection tools to reduce process-related downtime.
* Create and implement a training program for TM technicians.
* Participate with Segment teams in resolving injection tool-related challenges.
* Handle and process purchasing requests related to the TM area.
* Collaborate with Production in organizing the preventive maintenance planning for injection tools.
* Coordinate with MM to oversee the setup and manufacturing of spare parts.
