Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Qualifier and Appointment Setter at Halifax Ascenseurs located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area of Boulevard El Massira Racine Casablanca . The role involves Calling client and qualifying leads, setting appointments, appointment scheduling, communication, and customer service tasks on a daily basis.

there is no cold calling, only our client needing information and appointment for further discussions

Qualifications

* Excellent phone manner and etiquette (Mandatory)
* Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Experience in sales or related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Fluency in Frensh is a must plus a good English is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Previous Experience in a call centre would be highly advantageous
* This is a full-time paid position between 3500 and 4500DH depending on Experience
