We are looking for a Client Relationship Retention Manager to manage and grow our client relationships effectively. This role involves regular client engagement, dispute resolution, and proactive networking to expand the client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client retention, and a passion for the forex and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication.
* Ensure client queries and disputes are resolved promptly and efficiently.
* Proactively grow the client base through referrals and networking.
* Actively follow up on leads generated via client referrals and networking efforts.
* Provide market insights, commentaries, and exclusive training sessions for clients.
* Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns as directed by the manager.
* Analyze client behavior and provide reports on market trends and trading activities.
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Have:
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support or sales within the forex industry, OR a recent graduate with outstanding academic performance in finance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
