Main Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 2 support for business applications and technical incidents.
* Analyze issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and performance.

Requirements:

* Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
* Familiarity with one or more of the following: CRM, SAP (RMCA, Finance, Logistics), Remedy, SASI, Teradata, Business Objects, Datawarehouse, Identity Management, Mulesoft, Salesforce.
* Experience in application or systems support.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Excellent communication skill in English
