As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you’re not just maintaining and servicing Kitchen & laundry equipment– you’re ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes by delivering clean, fresh linens and supporting a high-quality experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Maintain Kitchen & laundry equipment: Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on laundry machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

• Manage inventory: Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies for Kitchen & laundry operations

• Ensure safety compliance: Identify and report any technical, health, or safety issues related to Kitchen & laundry equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards

• Support special projects: Assist with ad hoc technical interventions, equipment upgrades, and departmental projects as needed
