We are seeking an experienced Legal coucel, with a significant time spent at a prestigious law firm, to manage and oversee all legal and compliance matters for a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Legal Strategy & Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel to senior leadership on corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance.
* Contract Negotiations: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with all regulatory and legal standards while managing legal risks.
* Litigation & Disputes: Oversee legal disputes and manage relationships with external counsel.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small internal legal team while collaborating across departments.

Requirements:

* Experience: 5+ years in law
* Bar Admission: Active member of the bar (or equivalent legal certification).
* Expertise: Strong background in corporate law, commercial contracts, and compliance.
* Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities; leadership experience.
* Education: Law degree
