Position summary:
As a member of Forvis Mazars Asia-Pacific, based in Casablanca, Morocco, you will be involved in the ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite (cloud-based ERP system) for various Forvis Mazars entities
.
As a junior ERP Support Specialist, you will:
1) Support enhancements and maintenance to the NetSuite ERP setup in the region:
• Act as one of the key points of contact for NetSuite-related matters raised by various Forvis Mazars offices
• Support discussions with end-users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests
• Assist in system configuration and testing when necessary
• Ensure requests from various offices are addressed in a timely manner
• Support enhancement activities to align NetSuite functionalities with business requirements
• Provide quality feedback and system support to end-users
• Conduct recurring ERP system maintenance tasks
2) Support end-users in coordination with other team members under the Service Level Agreement:
• Provide data migration and ERP support services to new and existing countries
• Share functional knowledge and collaborate with team members on support activities
• Deliver functional support for various business and operational needs
• Work with Forvis Mazars entities to help maintain stability and alignment of databases and ERP processes
• Build good working relationships with various offices by understanding their business processes and system usage
• Analyze and troubleshoot user issues related to ERP data and business processus
3) Support documentation and training initiatives:
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, FAQs, workflow documentation, and training materials
• Conduct NetSuite end-user training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities when required
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1 - ERP Support:
• Provide support for new and existing country rollouts together with the NetSuite Central Team. Document all requests, issues, and updates in the NetSuite ticketing system for proper tracking and documentation.
• Support users in understanding NetSuite workflows and functionalities. Coordinate with the technical team on country requirements, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and track support activities and escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary.
2 - ERP Governance and Change Management:
• Support initiatives to identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to the ERP business landscape in line with the system governance structure.
• Assist in assessing change requests and support the rollout of workflow enhancements, including documentation, communication, training, and post-deployment support.
3 - System documentation
• Maintain system design specifications, workflow documentation, SOP manuals, FAQ documents, and end-user training materials.
• Review, test, document, and assist in rolling out useful NetSuite new release features.
4 - Training
• Deliver software training to end-users, colleagues, and third parties for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and demonstration purposes.
5 - Coordination with Oracle NetSuite Support Team
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Oracle NetSuite support team to troubleshoot issues, resolve system concerns, and improve ERP system performance.
Job Requirements And Qualifications:
• Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or any related field with both Finance and IT exposure
• Understanding of accounting or financial processes combined with technical/IT skills
• 0–1 year of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encour
aged to apply
• Strong knowledge of accounting/finance is
an advantage
• Knowledge or exposure to NetSuite is desired but not mandatory
• Experience in ERP support, system support, ticketing systems, enhancement, or training
is preferred
• Experience in handling support tickets, issue tracking, and user support requests is an advantage
• Team-oriented and attentive to detail
• Ability to support regional cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, client-facing consu
ltants, etc.)
• Scripting knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
Other requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong self-learning and problem -solving skills
• Experience working in a Professional Services environment is an advantage
• Good understanding of accounting/finance modules is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders and teams
