IT Trainee (stage)

Are you passionate about technology and looking to kick-start your career in IT?

Join our IT Team in automotive manufacturing environment and gain hands-on experience supporting critical IT systems across infrastructure, end-user support, and shopfloor operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal users (hardware/software/troubleshooting).

• Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure (networks, servers, devices).

• Support shopfloor IT systems (e.g., barcode scanners, industrial PCs, MES terminals, Printers…).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal production disruption.

• Document procedures, incidents, and solutions using ITSM tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bac +2/3 Technician degree in computer science.

• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

• Basic knowledge of LAN networks,TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• An openness to learning new technologies.

• Clear communication in English & French.
