Data Quality Analyst - MEA Region

JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

Main mission is to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection & Processing:

* Gather data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
* Clean, validate, and transform raw data for analysis.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

* Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
* Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools : Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
* Generate actionable insights to support business strategies.

Business Intelligence Support:

* Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience.

Data Management & Automation:

* Optimize data retrieval and reporting processes.
* Maintain documentation on data processes and methodologies.
* define AND SHARE dashboards to monitor quality KPIs

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

* Work Experience: 3 years in data analysis or a similar role
* Language: Fluency in English, French and Arabic
* Preferred Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
* Experience ++ with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
* Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis (preferred).
