In order to strengthen our IT recruitment team, we are looking for an IT Tech Sourcer whose role will be to assist and support recruiters in searching and identifying IT talent (Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, System Support Engineers, Security Architects, Product Owners, Quality Analysts, etc.).

Within an agile team that promotes collaboration and complementarity, you will have the opportunity to deepen your practical knowledge in profile identification, candidate engagement, pre-screening, and preparing application files for Hiring Managers.


Below is a non-exhaustive list of your responsibilities:


* Identify profiles to recruit through meetings with Hiring Managers and recruiters.
* Post job advertisements on all relevant specialized job boards.
* Conduct talent searches via LinkedIn.
* Engage on social media posts and promote the company’s image.
* Develop new sourcing methods.
* Ensure the creation and expansion of an active database of qualified candidates.
* Partner with recruiters to search for, identify, and qualify profiles.


Desired Profile:

* Knowledge/ Experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Sourcer within a multinational company or specialized recruitment agency.
* Proficiency in English is a must.
* An IT background is desirable.
* Mastery of Boolean search techniques to find candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
* A good team player who knows how to position themselves within a team and add value.
* A well-organized, collaborative, and dynamic individual.
* A strong desire to grow within the IT recruitment field.
