Key Responsibilities:


* Prospecting and Sales: Identify and target new clients across Africa and Middle East.
* Sales Process Management: Run sales processes from start to finish, nurturing leads and closing deals.
* Managing a sales team of 2-3 business developers
* Relationship Building: Cultivate a strong network of decision-makers, expanding business opportunities.
* Market Growth: Lead market expansion efforts in international regions.
* Strategy Execution: Adapt and implement strategies from the playbook to achieve sales objectives.


Essential Skills:


* 5 years of experience in B2B sales in tech or IT services.
* First experience in management a sales team is a plus
* Strong sales skills: Experience in managing and executing sales processes, from prospecting to closing.
* Hands-on mentality: Capable of working independently and executing all aspects of the sales cycle.
* Existing network: A relevant portfolio of contacts in the tech/IT space that could be leveraged for new business.
* Startup/scaleup experience: Knowledge of how to drive business in fast-growing environments.
