💼 What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT infrastructure roles, from sourcing to placement.
* Build strong relationships with clients in Belgium to understand their staffing needs.
* Screen, interview, and present top candidates for a variety of IT infrastructure positions.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure recruitment targets are met and processes run smoothly.
* Maintain a strong professional network to support ongoing business development.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in IT staffing recruitment (not HR).
* Experience with the Belgian market is a strong advantage.
* Bilingual: French & English fluency required.
* Good understanding of IT infrastructure roles.
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
