IT Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of IT systems within a dynamic and growing organization. This is a strategic position offering the opportunity to shape the company’s IT infrastructure and ensure the security and reliability of its information systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, implement, and maintain local IT policies and procedures.
* Lead and deliver IT projects, from deployment to continuous improvement.
* Conduct IT audits, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
* Manage IT infrastructure and guarantee the security and integrity of information systems.
* Prepare, monitor, and optimize the IT budget.
* Negotiate with vendors and manage IT and communication costs efficiently.
* Oversee user support and coordinate internal training programs.

Technical Skills Required

* Solid knowledge of network technologies and Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
* Strong background in IT security: firewalls, VPN, Zero-Trust, intrusion prevention, and endpoint protection.
* Familiarity with backup solutions, SQL Server, and network protocols (HTTP, SIP, TCP/IP).
* Ability to design and implement IT governance frameworks and user support policies.

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Information Systems.
* Proven professional IT background with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, and manage complex projects.
* Fluent English is mandatory – you will interact with international stakeholders on a daily basis.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
* Customer-focused and resilient under pressure.
