Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative located in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting and selling logistics services, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes sales management tasks and offering training and support to clients as needed.


Qualifications

* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
* Experience in Training and supporting clients
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* A proactive and results-oriented approach
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
* Min 2 years experience in freight forwarding
