Installation Supervisor

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Installation Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring a proper installation or advisory service for the associated project in compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.

This is where you'll excel

* Performs or advises the installation according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
* All available tools and aids are utilized in order to achieve the goals of the assignment and as well to strive for continuous plant improvements and cost reduction.
* Timely call-up of Bühler specialist and further associated staff.
* Ensure that the engineering department is involved in handling technical problems and decisions.
* Provide technical experience feedback to Project Management and Project Execution departments during debriefing meeting.
* Ensure correct behaviour and good teamwork within the installation and commissioning team in accordance with company policy and local requirements/ regulations.
* Tracks any deviation in the scope of work in the Bühler CAQ system.

These are the skills you'll need

* 4 year Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
* More than 3 years in a similar job.
* Fluent communication in French and English.
