• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of injection molding machines (Arburg, Optimel, etc.) and process optimization.

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills related to process and technical issues.

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance coordination.

• Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations.

• Problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and continuous improvement mindset.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

#ChallengeCheck:

• Ensure the optimization and continuous improvement of injection molding processes in accordance with production and quality requirements.

• Participate in the validation and industrialization of new molds and equipment.

• Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities when required.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of technical interventions and process updates in SAP.

• Participate in the implementation of 5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

• Support equipment and process improvement projects in line with engineering standards and technical drawings.
