* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of injection molding machines (Arburg, Optimel, etc.) and process optimization.
* Analytical and troubleshooting skills related to process and technical issues.
* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance coordination.
* Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations.
* Problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.

#ChallengeCheck:

* Ensure the optimization and continuous improvement of injection molding processes in accordance with production and quality requirements.
* Participate in the validation and industrialization of new molds and equipment.
* Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities when required.
* Ensure proper documentation and reporting of technical interventions and process updates in SAP.
* Participate in the implementation of 5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
* Support equipment and process improvement projects in line with engineering standards and technical drawings.

*The candidate should be based in the Oriental Region.
