Experienced in mold and tooling management, preventive maintenance, and process optimization, with expertise in dimensional control, and 2D/3D design (AutoCAD, FreeCAD, SolidWorks). Skilled in implementing quality methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and QRQC to resolve problems and improve standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing mold transfers, shipping, and reception, including anomaly detection and repair tracking.
* Integration of new references in the ERP and registration in ERP for manufacturing processes and cost calculation.
* Creation of packaging instructions and participation in FTPs.
* Monitoring Run@Rate (R@R), analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
* Preventive maintenance and mold feedback (Retex).
* Process control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Certifications

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
