About the role
We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the full scope of Facilities Management (FM) services at one of our key client sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance with QHSE standards, financial accountability, and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all FM services and ensure delivery through KPIs and SLAs
* Monitor and improve site performance through regular reporting and reviews
* Ensure compliance with business controls and internal procedures
* Lead the implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs
* Provide expert advice on FM matters to the client
* Initiate and drive continuous improvement and value-added initiatives
* Manage external service providers and ensure quality and scope compliance
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Financial Responsibilities:
* Oversee site budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
* Ensure accurate monthly billing, invoicing, and resolution of finance-related queries
* Prevent aged debts and support additional work opportunities
* Manage and track savings initiatives and pass-through opportunities
QHSE:
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
* Lead audits, maintain documentation, and manage emergency procedures
* Promote a strong safety culture across the site
* Ensure timely completion of QHSE trainings, self-audits, and scorecards
People & Stakeholder Management:
* Lead and support on-site teams through development and performance management
* Establish strong working relationships with client stakeholders
* Maintain clear and timely communication across all levels
* Provide regular updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Facilities Management (minimum 5 years)
* Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills in English – mandatory
* Solid knowledge of FM financial management and supplier coordination
* Experience with QHSE systems and procedures
