Your role

As a Resident Engineer, you will act as the key technical and quality interface between our company and the customer’s plant. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication, ensuring product quality, and supporting problem-solving activities on site.

Main responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary contact for quality and technical matters at the customer’s facility;
* Monitor quality performance of supplied components and identify potential issues;
* Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions;
* Coordinate containment, rework, and sorting activities when required;
* Support the internal quality team in root cause analysis and problem resolution;
* Prepare technical reports and maintain quality documentation;
* Represent the company professionally and proactively at the customer site.

Requirements:

* Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field;
* Previous experience (even short-term) in automotive quality, production, or supplier support;
* Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, etc.);
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Good command of written and spoken English;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Willingness to work on-site at the customer’s facility.
