About This Opportunity
Ericsson invites dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the role of Implementation Management. In this role, you will take full ownership of implementation services, managing a wide range of responsibilities including defining project scope, customer interfacing, resource and time planning, and performance reporting. You will play a key role in supporting commercial engagements while ensuring strict adherence to group directives, legal and financial standards, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy and security requirements, as well as approved processes and tools. This position is critical to driving operational excellence, enabling successful project delivery, and creating value for both Ericsson and its customers.
What You Will Do
* Interface with customers in the Meknes and Agadir regions for all operational activities
* Define scope and manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance
* Oversee financial performance during rollout phases in line with budget
* Drive change management initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities
* Ensure adherence to processes, regulations, and tools; take corrective actions when needed
* Establish and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers
* Monitor the invoicing lifecycle to ensure strong financial outcomes
* Report progress, risks, and deviations, supporting workforce and cost management
* Ensure quality of implementation work in line with Ericsson and customer standards
Location: Agadir or Meknes
The Skills You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in implementation, telecom operations, or project management
