The Growth Engine is a newly established strategic subsidiary of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), with a mission to foster innovation through venture building, entrepreneurial support, and the acceleration of high-impact startup projects. By leveraging UM6P’s scientific excellence, world-class infrastructure, and broad network of investors and partners, The Growth Engine aims to create long-term value and drive the emergence of transformative ventures.

As it builds its core team, The Growth Engine is recruiting its Ideation strategy analysts to provide analytical horsepower across ideation and early venture development by delivering market research, financial modeling, and competitor analysis to support investment decisions and venture validation.

Key Responsibilities

* Support ideation and venture validation with structured research and insights.
* Market sizing & financial models
* Competitor mapping & benchmarking
* Customer problem synthesis
* Build clear and concise decks for decision-making
* Assist in pitch preparation
* Maintain and update research repositories

Profile & Qualifications

* At least 2 years exposure to research, financial modeling, or strategy internships / jobs.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
* Excel (financial modeling basics)
* PowerPoint (structured storytelling)
* Data Tools such as Airtable, PitchBook, Crunchbase
* Analytical rigor, structured thinking, communication skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
* Research synthesis capability
* Financial modeling fundamentals"
* Consulting or startup experience
* Familiarity with innovation frameworks
* English & French (professional fluency)
