Our client is a Holding company and are looking for an HR Manager for an International Assignment.
Key Responsibilities will Include
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with labor laws
* Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture
* Lead performance management processes including KPI setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions
* Design and maintain compensation and benefits structures ensuring fairness and market competitiveness
* Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support career growth initiatives
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and HR reports using HR software systems
* Advise management on workforce planning, HR strategies, and organizational development
* Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all HR documentation and systems
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and support management in improving retention and productivity
Who we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred
* Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and HR best practice
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
