As part of this transformation, we are seeking an accomplished and visionary HR Director to lead the full HR agenda for Morocco and play a critical role in shaping the future of the organisation.
This is a high-impact appointment for a senior HR leader with the drive, influence and strategic depth to build a modern, agile and people-centric HR function.
The Role
The HR Director will act as the primary HR leader for the Moroccan business, partnering with the Country MD and regional leadership to deliver a forward-thinking people strategy aligned to global standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Defining and delivering the national HR strategy in line with global and regional objectives.
* Leading and inspiring the HR function, building capability and embedding a culture of excellence.
* Driving organisational design, transformation and workforce planning initiatives.
* Strengthening leadership capability through strategic talent management, succession planning and development programmes.
* Embedding strong HR governance, policy frameworks and best-practice standards across the organisation.
* Championing cultural transformation, employee engagement and DE&I principles.
* Ensuring compliance with Moroccan labour law and maintaining effective employee relations.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing decisions and shaping organisational direction.
About You
We are looking for a senior HR executive with gravitas, strategic clarity and the ability to deliver lasting change.
You will bring:
* Significant experience at HR Director or Senior HR Leadership level within a multinational or complex matrix environment.
* Deep knowledge of the Moroccan labour landscape and regional HR challenges.
* A proven track record of leading transformation, organisational development and cultural change.
* Strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder influencing skills and strategic thinking.
* Fluency in French and English; Arabic is advantageous.
