Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will contribute and advise on specialist matters regarding HSEQ within Jotun Morocco, to ensure that Jotun operates in a safe way within current applicable regulations. The position will be based in Berrechid.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
* Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.
* Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.
* Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results
* Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards
* Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.

What We Look For

* Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in an HSEQ or quality management role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Solid knowledge of ISO and ISO 45001 standards, with hands-on experience in audits, documentation, and corrective action follow-up
* Familiar with local occupational health and safety regulations and able to ensure ongoing legal compliance
* Comfortable delivering safety training and driving HSEQ awareness across all levels of the organization
* Fluent in Arabic; French & English
