HR & Talent Acquisition Manager Full-Time Remote

We are looking for a confident and structured HR Manager to join Blogmerce HQ, a fast-growing international e-commerce group. The right candidate is someone who takes full ownership of HR operations and understands that human resources exist to help the business grow efficiently.

Blogmerce HQ is a global e-commerce group operating several online brands across different niches, including outdoor gear, lifestyle products, and digital media. We manage teams and operations in multiple countries with a focus on building strong systems, marketing performance, and long-term brand growth.

Your Role

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and overall team performance. You will ensure each hiring decision aligns with business needs, track working hours and team results, prepare contracts, and manage payroll through business accounts such as Wise. You will also stay in close contact with the CFO for budget control and with the CMO to anticipate hiring needs as the company scales.

Main Responsibilities

* Recruit and onboard new team members based on company priorities
* Structure onboarding and test phases for new hires
* Monitor attendance, performance, and progress of each team member
* Coordinate with department heads to set goals and review results
* Handle payroll calculations, salary payments, and contracts
* Replace underperforming team members when necessary
* Maintain structured communication and reporting to the management team

Profile We Are Looking For

* Confident, organized, and proactive personality
* Experience managing remote teams
* Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for them
* Strong understanding of business growth and cost management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience with payroll tools such as Wise is a plus

Location: Remote (preferably based in Morocco)

Schedule: Full-time, 09:00–17:00 + Saturday half-day (Moroccan Time)
