On behalf of one of its clients, TECTRA MAROC is looking for an HR specialist based in Casalblanca.
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative and HR processes within the company.
Your main tasks will include:
* Sourcing CVs & scheduling interviews
* Conducting background checks and managing training records
* Maintaining and updating employee files
* Processing monthly payroll
* Tracking attendance and leaves
* Supporting performance management processes
* Drafting HR documents as needed
* Managing administrative tasks
* Handling various ad-hoc HR tasks
Skills and qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
