Function: Benefits (Government-Mandated)

* Ensures timely submission of all government-mandated reports and remittances to Moroccan authorities such as:
* CNSS (Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale) – social security contributions
* AMO (Assurance Maladie Obligatoire) – health insurance contributions
* CIMR (Caisse Interprofessionnelle Marocaine de Retraite) – retirement fund (if applicable)
* Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) – income tax and payroll tax compliance
* Ensures that all new team members are properly registered with CNSS and AMO.
* Ensures that all company contributions are correctly posted under each team member’s account for benefit utilization and that corresponding payroll deductions are correctly applied.
* Processes requests for certificates of contribution or salary attestations for employees.
* Ensures accurate encoding and validation of employee data in government and company records.
* Processes benefit claims (e.g., sickness, maternity, or social benefits) and coordinates with CNSS and insurance providers for proper documentation and payment.
* Maintains strong coordination with account officers at CNSS, AMO, and other agencies for updates on employee and benefit matters.


Function: Benefits (Company-Granted)

* Prepares and submits enrollment, updates, and deletion lists of team members to the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or insurance provider every payroll cycle.
* Assists in the consolidation of dependents during annual policy renewal and monitors the distribution and acknowledgment of health/insurance cards.
* Coordinates with brokers or insurance partners for employee queries, reimbursements, and claims, ensuring timely feedback and resolution.
* Monitors and validates deduction of HMO or insurance premiums in payroll.
* Facilitates payment requisitions for premiums with the Finance Department.


Function: Travel

* Manages all visa processing requirements and documentation for non-executive team members traveling abroad for work.
* Coordinates business visa applications (e.g., Schengen, U.S., etc.) for team members as needed.
* Manages work permits and residence permits for expatriate employees in coordination with legal counsel and Moroccan immigration authorities, ensuring timely renewal and compliance.
* Prepares payment requests and documentation for all travel-related expenses.


Function: HR Helpdesk

* Provides quality customer service to all team members through multiple channels (voice, email, chat, and face-to-face) by addressing or facilitating HR-related concerns, queries, and requests.
* Initiates follow-ups or callbacks as necessary.
* Processes and analyzes HR data and prepares accurate reports.
* Escalates cases to the appropriate parties when beyond one’s scope or jurisdiction.
* Logs all concerns and resolutions through the HR Ticketing System.
* Monitors individual performance metrics and seeks feedback from peers and supervisors to improve service quality.


Required Skills & Qualifications (Technical)

* Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* One (1) to two (2) years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or other HR functions. Experience in call centers, customer service, or labor-intensive industries (e.g., manufacturing) preferred.
* Basic knowledge of HR principles and Moroccan labor laws related to compensation, benefits, and taxation.
* Working knowledge of Moroccan government reporting systems (CNSS, AMO, DGI).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
* Experience in HRIS platforms such as Oracle or SAP is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French (Arabic is an advantage).
* Adaptable to changing work schedules.
* Customer-oriented, collaborative, and detail-focused.
