Job Description

* Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
* Act as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:
* Coordinate HR related topics (crisis situations – e.g. economic, social, etc.) by request of respective leader
* Act as an interface during escalations
* Organize the relevant information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs), KPIs
* Support strategic workforce planning
* Submit assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution
* Coordinate for the respective leader for the employee life cycle of their teams:
* Coordinate and offer the reporting of the selection - and decision process for recruiting

Qualifications

* Master degree in Human Ressources.
* HR Industry Knowledge/ Talent Management/ Learning & Development/ Organizational Change and Culture Management
