Head of Strategic Operations

We’re looking for a sharp, high-trust, and highly organized professional to become the right hand of our Founder, helping translate vision into execution across Webeuz Group’s most strategic priorities.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of operations, growth, performance marketing, and innovation.

You’ll support a fast-growing creative-tech group active across Africa and the GCC region, with strategic hubs in Casablanca and Dubai.

Your mission: Drive strategic execution at scale

You’ll act as a force multiplier, enabling the Founder and leadership team to move faster, smarter, and with greater clarity across multiple business units and geographies.

What you’ll do
* Oversee and coordinate strategic projects and top priorities
* Act as an extension of the Founder in meetings, decisions, and communication
* Bring structure to ambiguity and turn insights into action
* Align stakeholders across the agency, SaaS platforms, training programs, and venture studio
* Lead cross-functional initiatives (automation, partnerships, go-to-market strategies, talent)
* Support business development and expansion in Africa and the GCC
* Collaborate on product innovation, growth systems, and internal startup projects
* Monitor KPIs, track progress, and drive accountability across the ecosystem
