Marketing Communications Manager

The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

We organize international education fairs, support university partnerships, and recruit students for top global institutions. We’re looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to help us amplify our impact and expand our student outreach.

Main Responsibilities:

🎓 Student Recruitment Marketing

* Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.
* Write and design engaging content for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
* Coordinate with admissions to align marketing efforts with student recruitment goals.

🎪 Event Marketing & Communication

* Promote education fairs and student orientation events.
* Manage registration campaigns, event pages, and media coverage.
* Support the planning and communication of webinars, workshops, and live sessions.

📱 Brand & Online Presence

* Grow our visibility on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Update website content and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
* Collaborate with designers and external partners to produce branded materials.

📊 Analytics & Improvement

* Track campaign and event performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
* Prepare reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
* 0-2+ years of experience in marketing or communication (services sector preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
