About MYED LabelMYED Label (Moroccan Youth Empowerment & Development) is a Moroccan non-profit organization / Club that brings together various youth-focused initiatives and clubs. Its mission is to support Moroccan youth in their personal, academic, and professional development by offering spaces for learning, creativity, and experimentation. Among its flagship initiatives are Moroccan Branding, focused on creativity, entrepreneurship, and marketing, and Royal Moroccan Model United Nations (RMMUN), centered on diplomacy and academic debate.

Main Mission

As Head of Finance & Treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of MYED Label. You will ensure proper use of resources, financial transparency, and the implementation of efficient tracking systems. Your role will be crucial in guaranteeing the sustainability of projects, securing funds, and maintaining rigorous financial practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee budgets for MYED Label’s initiatives and clubs.
* Monitor expenses, revenue, and provide regular financial reports to the leadership.
* Establish a clear, transparent treasury system in line with nonprofit standards.
* Collaborate with the Partnerships Department to track sponsorship and partnership funds.
* Ensure administrative and financial compliance within the organization.
* Suggest financial optimizations to improve resource management.

Desired Profile
* Proven experience in financial management, treasury, or budget planning (within MUNs, student clubs, associations, or similar structures).
* Age requirement: 17 to 20 years, to align with MYED Label’s youth-oriented environment.
* Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and rigor.
* Ability to establish and maintain clear financial plans.
* Proficiency in Excel and/or budget management tools.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (English is a plus).
* Affinity with youth initiatives, education, innovation, or community development.

Compensation

This position is volunteer-based and non-paid, in line with MYED Label’s non-profit nature. However, it provides valuable experience, real responsibility, and transferable skills that will benefit the candidate’s academic and professional journey.
